Dr. Anil Sharma
Ph.D. , Principal Of Pharmacy
I am Prof. Dr. Anil Sharma, a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, with over 20 years of leadership and teaching experience. Currently, I serve as the Principal of the Department of Pharmacy at Pratap University, Jaipur. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of holding key academic positions, including Principal, Head of Department, and Professor at several reputed institutions.
My research journey has been both diverse and rewarding. I have guided more than eighteen postgraduate dissertations and published extensively in renowned national and international journals. My areas of interest include herbal formulations, phytochemistry, in-vitro SPF testing, and analytical chemistry. I have also authored two academic textbooks and presented over thirty research abstracts at various conferences. My passion for innovation has led to two patent filings in the areas of drug delivery systems and immunological applications.
With a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, specializing in Quality Assurance, I remain committed to academic excellence and meaningful research. I take pride in mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals, instilling in them a sense of integrity, innovation, and purpose as they prepare to shape the future of the pharmaceutical industry.

About The School
Pratap University is a top private university in Jaipur, Rajasthan, established in 2011, whose School of Pharmaceutical Sciences started in 2013, and offers Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) Master in Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) courses. Our passed-out students are well-placed in private and government organisations.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

Running Courses in the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Pharmacy is offered at different levels and to get admission in any of the Pharmacy courses, candidates need to fulfill the required eligibility criteria for the particular course. Check below the eligibility criteria for Pharmacy courses:
Master in Pharmacy (M.Pharm.):
Candidates must have completed their B.Pharmacy with 60% aggregate marks in B.Pharmacy (approved by PCI, India) or equivalent. 5% relaxation to SC or ST applicants.
Specialization In

Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.):
Candidates must have completed their higher education from a national- or state-level education board. They must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, and English subjects. They must complete 17 years of age on December 31 of the year of admission.
Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.):
Candidates should have completed higher secondary education with science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.
