Domestic Student Admission Process


The admission process for domestic students is entirely online. If you require assistance, you can fill out the "Online Admission Query" form or contact us, and our authorised representative will assist you.

? Online Registration

  • Register yourself through the "Online Registration" portal.
  • Provide your basic details along with previous examination information.
  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee to block your seat.
  • Your details will be scrutinized by the university, and students meeting eligibility criteria will be considered for admission.
Note: Please check admission deadlines regularly. Admission must be completed before the due date, failing which your registration will be automatically cancelled. The University reserves the right to accept or reject registrations.

? Completing the Admission

  • Visit our website again and log in with your registration number.
  • Upload all required documents related to the course applied.
  • If results are not declared yet, you may submit your predicted grades, e-marksheet, or term results of the qualifying exam.

  • High School Marksheet & Certificate
  • Intermediate Marksheet & Certificate
  • Diploma Marksheet (if applicable)
  • Graduation Final Year Marksheet (if applicable)
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC candidates)
  • Aadhar Card
  • Income Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Migration Certificate
  • Allotment Letter (if admission is through entrance exam)
  • Allotment Fee Receipt
  • Character Certificate (CC)
  • Affidavit (in case of a year gap after Intermediate, Diploma, or Graduation)

? Payment of Admission Fee

  • After uploading the documents, pay the prescribed admission fee through any valid online mode.
  • You may also add your hostel/accommodation and transportation fee while making the payment.
  • Once the payment is successful, your admission will be considered confirmed (subject to document verification).

? Document Verification

At your first visit to Pratap University, you must present all the original documents uploaded during the admission process in front of the Academics & Admission Executive's Office.

Important: If any information or document is found incorrect or misleading, your admission may be cancelled at any time. Pratap University reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
