Over the past fourteen years since its establishment in 2011, Pratap University ("PU") has achieved significant acclaim for its ethical and sustainable practices, establishing itself as one of India's leading institutions.

Short Term Perspective (2022-26)

Academic Excellence: Strengthen the quality and reputation of academic programs. Develop the curricula to align with contemporary knowledge and adopt innovative pedagogical approaches.

Research Impact: Enhance the volume and caliber of research output. Establish research policies that offer seed funding and incentives to facilitate faculty research projects.

Student Success: Enhance student retention and graduation rates by establishing comprehensive student support services, scholarships, and career development.

Community Engagement: Enhance partnerships with the local community. Offer internships and research opportunities to improve students' skills.

Financial Sustainability: Ensure long-term financial viability by introducing measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Long Term Perspective (2026-32)

The primary objective is to emphasize research and improve academic offerings. We plan to categorize all courses according to Bloom's Taxonomy and launch skill-based programs.

• Curriculum: Launch programs in AI, Fashion Design, Robotics, and Nanotechnology.
• Research: Faculty required to publish in SCOPUS/WoS indexed journals. Increase patents and IP assets.
• Innovation: Strengthen startup initiatives and entrepreneurship programs.
• Global Outreach: Identify and partner with highest-ranked international universities for bilateral exchanges.
• Infrastructure: Provide state-of-the-art facilities and expand databases for holistic development.
