About the Department

The Department of Law at Pratap University, Jaipur offers LL.B. (Three-Year) and B.A. LL.B. (Five-Year Integrated) programs as per the regulations of the Bar Council of India (BCI). The curriculum is designed to provide a balanced understanding of legal theory and practical training.

Students are trained through classroom lectures, case-study discussions, legal drafting exercises, moot courts, internships, court visits, and legal awareness programs. The department is committed to developing ethically grounded, socially responsible, and professionally competent legal practitioners.

Running Courses

LL.B. (Three-Year Program)

A professional degree program designed for graduates who seek to pursue law as a career. The curriculum focuses on developing legal reasoning, advocacy skills, and an understanding of judicial and administrative processes.

B.A. LL.B. (Five-Year Integrated Program)
