Purpose
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee exists to handle complaints that students raise—academic issues, administrative delays, unfair treatment, or any personal concern related to the university environment. The point is simple:
Students should have a place where they can speak up and get a real resolution — not run around in circles.
This committee ensures:
- Accountability
- Timely response
- Fair decision-making
- Zero bias or favouritism
If a student has a genuine issue, it should be addressed properly and fast.

How the Committee Works
- Grievance is reported (written, email, or official form).
- Committee reviews the case based on facts, not assumptions.
- The student is given a chance to be heard — so is the concerned department.
- A clear decision is made and communicated.
- The case is documented to avoid repeat issues.
